Laser hair removal has become a popular cosmetic procedure - and it’s admittedly painful - but that’s just part of the procedure, right?
Not for all patients. Filing personal injury lawsuits against spas that perform laser hair removal is not that out of the ordinary. According to a report from News Inferno, regulations at the facilities that handle the procedures are not incredibly strict, which could lead to a plethora of lawsuits in the future.
The procedures can burn and scar patients - causing sometimes severe injuries - and that is what is sparking the lawsuits. The spas need to make sure all the risks are made known to patients, and require a signature - if that isn’t already required.

They say beauty always has a price, but you shouldn’t pay such a high price for it. I personally believe it’s every person’s job to research about a clinic before availing its services.
I was burned all the way through my skin and my fatty tissue was exposed, I later got an yeast infection in the wound, the medspa lady gave me some unknown cream in a baggy and just said “im so sorry”…a question i have is my lawyer said that i cant sue them for any amount of money,, he said that if I do try to sue the spa the jury would be offended that I was getting laser hair removal in my bikini area …what do you think? Do you think I have a right ot sue someone for negligence regardless if this was a elected procedure? I paid for a service and should never have been burned that bad…It took over 2 months to heal…
It’s always a good idea to know your medspa and their track record before getting any kind of potentially damaging treatment done. Ask around, talk to previous clients and do your research.
Before deciding to choose laser hair removal. its better to look for a reference. either its your friends or search on internet. Do a little bit comparison, so you did not regret your decision.
Some laser hair removal website provide a good information and might be useful for you.
cheers
